Joanne is the team leader and her name is well known in the South Metro Denver real estate communities. She brings over 27 years of local real estate experience to the table and her reputation and market knowledge has made and her a leader in Colorado’s residential real estate industry. Joanne prides herself on her personal service she provides to each client and she has a large base of referral and repeat clients. Additionally, her high-producing team has been ranked in the top teams with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since 2000. Outside of real estate, Joanne spends a great deal of time with her family. She and her husband Gary are originally from Wyoming and have been married almost 52 years. They have 3 daughters, (two of whom are part of the team) and 9 beautiful grandchildren. Joanne loves traveling and is gifted in the kitchen. If you ask anyone in her family, she simply is the best cook in the world.
Gary has a business degree from The University of Wyoming and is a Vietnam Veteran who served in the Army. With a background in software sales and development, Gary is the “go to” guy on the team for anything technical or statistical. He has always embraced change and spends a great deal of time reading and researching how our team can improve our advertising and marketing campaigns for our clients. Gary is passionate when helping buyers and sellers. His technical background really comes into play when helping sellers determine the best list price for their home so it will sell at the best possible price in the client’s desired time frame. Gary is also an extraordinary negotiator which is a key trait when hiring an agent to handle one of your largest assets: the purchase or sale of your home. Outside of real estate, Gary is passionate about golf, cars, woodworking, traveling and of course, spending quality time with family and friends.
Wendy is the top producing Broker on the team and has been working in the real estate industry since 1999. She started as an office assistant and obtained her license in October 2000 from the Colorado Real Estate Institute. Wendy is highly skilled in Luxury Home Sales, Relocation, New Home Sales, Communications, Marketing and Negotiations. In addition, she has a background in design and has been staging The Rowley Group’s listings since she joined the team. She is passionate about her job and committed to providing our clients with the best service possible. Wendy’s helped hundreds of buyers and sellers over the years and our past clients compliment her on her attention to detail, negotiation achievements and superb communication skills. She caters to each client’s preference on communication and updates. On a personal level, Wendy spends most of her free time with family and friends. She lives in Parker with her husband and their four children. Wendy also has a dog and and enjoys painting, home improvements, hiking, traveling, eating out and staying fit.
Heather joined the team in 2000 as an assistant and obtained her license in 2001. Prior to real estate, Heather spent several years as an Executive Assistant for a top-producing financial planner in Denver. That background gave Heather the framework of business knowledge including providing top-notch customer service, market research, preparation of statistical reports and essential administrative skills to help our office function efficiently. In addition to high-volume sales on our team, Heather provides us with administrative support to ensure our seller’s homes are marketed properly to attract the right buyers. Buyers and sellers entrust Heather to guide them through their transactions and she is extremely loyal and dedicated. Her attention to detail is unsurpassed and she ensures our clients expectations are not only met, but exceeded. Heather lives in Parker with her husband and has three children. She loves spending time with her family and playing with her dogs. She also enjoys camping, cooking, working on house projects (well, most of the time) and spends a lot of time cheering on her younger children while they play their favorite sports.
Dawn may be a non-family team member, but we have long considered her family. She graduated from Arizona State University and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Dawn is consistently committed to finding creative, out-of-the-box solutions to assist clients towards achieving their real estate goals. She has continued her education by receiving her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and CRS (Council of Real Estate Specialists.) Dawn has extensive experience in Short Sale Properties and Investment Properties. Dawn is an investor herself and owns several properties which gives her first-hand experience for those looking to invest themselves. She lives in Parker with her husband and has two children. She loves the outdoors and is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle which includes clean eating and extensive cycling.
Joe is an honorary family member of the Rowley’s and is dedicated to providing the same level of service, care, and attention to detail that all of our clients have come to love and expect from this team. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Political Science and Economics. Prior to selling real estate, Joe spent several years as a Property and Casualty Underwriter for a national brand. His underwriting experience has proven to be invaluable to clients thanks to his attention to detail, knowledge of code requirements, and overall risk assessment. Joe is very advanced in all things technical and embraces change which allows him to better and more efficiently serve his clients by using state of the art marketing techniques. He is always up for a good challenge and loves learning new things. Even when things don’t go as planned, Joe remains calm and effective to help his clients achieve their real estate goals. Joe is an active member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, and is currently pursuing his GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation. In his free time Joe loves mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with his friends, family, and girlfriend.
“Making Realty Dreams a Reality” is Adelia’s mantra and she consistently goes above and beyond her clients’ expectations to bring this goal to fruition. After graduating with a degree in Financial Management from the University of Arkansas, Adelia spent several years in sales and customer relations assisting clients in the securities and commodities industry. She worked tirelessly to protect and manage her clients’ assets while always keeping their best interest at the forefront of every transaction. These skills have proven to be just as important to all of her real estate clients as well. In addition, Adelia previously owned an interior painting, decorating and staging business which enables her to help clients see the potential of a distressed property or personally help prepare a seller’s home for a showing.
Lastly, Adelia knows what it’s like to be “the client” as she faced corporate relocation six times in eleven years. Through her many moves she learned that finding an agent who truly listens to your needs and desires, who embodies exceptional customer service and communication skills and has a strong knowledge of your local market is paramount. It is her goal to be that agent and make this very personal and often stressful experience as easy and seamless as possible.
Adelia has lived in Colorado for twenty four years and absolutely loves to enjoy all Colorado has to offer. She has skied, hiked and biked across our beautiful Rocky Mountains and loves to travel and spend time with friends and her two adult children. Adelia has completed her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation and is also a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert).
Michelle considers herself a “Semi Native” to Colorado, having lived in our beautiful state for over 40 years. She is a graduate of Colorado State University, receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing which has enabled her to have a successful career. Her experience with customer service, sales, and marketing along with an attention for precise details benefits Michelle’s clients.
Together, with her husband Anthony, she has purchased, sold, built, invested and remodeled homes throughout Colorado. She is familiar with Real Estate transactions in Arapahoe, Boulder, Chaffee, Douglas, Grand and Jefferson counties.
Michelle is able to multitask and is always willing to go the extra mile for every client. Her goal is to work as a Real Estate advisor for you and bring you the best experience in selling or purchasing.
Michelle stays connected to the community by volunteering at school, Boy Scouts, church and in her neighborhood. With a family of two high school boys and a silly black lab, much of her free time is spent in the Colorado mountains. Hiking, kayaking, and paddle boarding are a few of her favorite activities.

When people purchase real estate it tends to be one of the most significant purchases someone will make in their lifetime. Nikki believes real estate is an essential part of wealth management and is dedicated to helping her clients through every step of the process. As a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) Nikki has found her Teaching degree and Social Work degree very helpful when working for her clients and strives for a win- win approach with Buyer and Sellers. Nikki prides herself on her communication skills and an ability to help clients be aware of the home buying or selling process so they can make the best decisions for themselves
Nikki is also an Army Veteran who is knowledgeable and passionate about helping other military and paramilitary realize their real estate dreams.
Nikki has had lifelong exposure to real estate, growing up in a family of custom home builders- she purchased her first two properties before she was out of college and loves a good Fix and Flip opportunity.
When she is not helping her clients, she can usually be found in the kitchen cooking and baking. She also enjoys remodeling projects and refurbishing old furniture.
